Help printing invoices (updated title to reflect content)

I am running Quicken Home, Business, and Rental Property for Windows 10 , Version 27.1.22.17.
I set up my Invoice format when I began using the program and all was working well. I am able to add items to the invoice but when printing a hard copy only the Invoice format prints , but all of the boxes are blank including the headings.

Do you have a logo on your invoice? Logo's can cause printing problems. If you have one, try removing it and then printing.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 105

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

I have followed all of the steps that you laid out and I am still having the same issue. Again , I can fill the invoice with data , but the data is not transmitted through to the print stage.0
