Online biller in error State

I am trying to link a mortage bill to Bank of America. I have the credit card linked with no issue but the mortgage account was giving me issues. I removed it and now I am trying to link it. It does not show up on the list of online accounts. When I go to add it again it get the error
Bank of America Account is already added and is an error state, if it is not showing in the Bills dashboard then please do the "update all" Biller
I did that and it still does not show up. Anyone have this issue or any idea how to fix it

If the error persists after following those steps, please contact Quicken Support for assistance with some advanced troubleshooting that may include an escalation to our Online Biller service providers.
