Portfolio View (Ctrl-U)
Choose a view
Customize the view for the applicable accounts and securities
Customize the view to add the column -- Market Value %
You might also want to group by one of the various options
Done

If you own the individual stocks, you can go to Investing > Portfolio then group by Security and customize one of the views to include all accounts, all securities, and the Market Value (%) column.
To also see the impact of stocks held in any publicly traded mutual funds or ETFs you may hold, go to Investing > Portfolio X-Ray. Select all accounts and all securities then Refresh X-Ray. On the Stock Intersection tab, you can see the percentage of your portfolio that is invested in each stock and which funds hold it. I think this only shows your top 50 holdings and the top 50 holdings in each fund.
