As luck would have it, my Quicken 2019 (US version) updated this morning to patch level 23.14This also changed the year indicator to 2020.
You do not have to do anything but wait for the 23.14 patch to become available for you to download and install.
If you don't get prompted during the next One Step Update click Help / Check for Updates.If your subscription is current, you do not need to go out and buy a new version.As far as "When will Q 2020 become available for purchase at stores?" ...
I believe that question is now no longer important. When you purchase any subscription version at the store, the software installation process will download and install the latest available patch release, 23.14 or higher, and label your Quicken "2020".Please don't ask me about the Canadian version.
All I can say is: Stay tuned. It'll most likely be out soon.6

Very glad to hear this. I was expecting a download, but I see that the normal update has given me Quicken 2020.
