N/A Account Names

I don't know what happened. When I started up Quicken this morning the majority of my listing of accounts is N/A. I did run the update but no effect. Now what do I do? I do have a snapshot but I can't attach it.

Restore your Quicken data file from a Manual or Automatic backup taken prior to the problem first occurring, if necessary going back to older backups until you find a file that does not exhibit these symptoms.

Restore worked beautifully. Thank you for your help. I don't know what caused it so I'll not run that free program from Malwarebyes again.1

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
Still not working?
Let's try some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.

I did reboot and shutdown and it didn't work. I've been a user of Quicken for many years and currently running yr 2020, V R23.14, build 27.1.23.14. I'm suspicious of a free program I ran yesterday that could have caused this; from Malwarebytes called AdwCleaner. I had Malwarebyes Premium 3.83 for sometime.0
