I can't get the checkbook to scroll with a wireless mouse. I have Quicken subscription on Win7 and am using a logitech wireless mouse.

It should work. Check your Windows 7 mouse settings. Since it's a new mouse, your settings may need to be updated.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.

Sounds like a Windows, not Quicken, issue.Have you checked to make sure that you have the latest drivers for the mouse and have it setup properly?I have to ask since you have not told us why you think it is unique to Quicken.

Didn't say it was unique to Quicken. I can scroll the reports, menu, and bills. So far the thing not scrolling is the checkbook. The mouse is new.0

Make sure your mouse focus is in the checking register. If you've clicked elsewhere, the register may have lost focus. Simply placing the mouse pointer over the register won't restore focus. Try clicking anywhere in the register and see if you can then scroll.
