[removed] and transitioning from Quicken 2017 H & B

Can experts pls. opine about how[removed] is and how difficult will it be migrating from Quicken H & B 2017. And the following:
1. The one step update in Q- how does [removed] compare- I have 6 banks and 24 accounts in total from historical, incl. 9 credit cards (I know its a lot). Going forward, I only plan to have 2 banks and 12 accounts total incl. 8 credit cards. WIll download need to done for each bank in 1 shot or each account??
2. How easy is it for renaming rules to work after downloads so that its a quick task like quicken and not too labor intensive
