Can’t convert Quicken Windows 2017 to newest Mac version

I actually have two separate files. One is for Personal and one for Business. I put the backup of both files on a flash drive and started with the personal file first. All went well with no problems. The problem is that when I try to restore the backup for the business file, it is grayed out on the flash drive and not clickable. I tried doing another backup on windows and then putting that one on flash drive but same problem. Any help is appreciated!

While it shouldn't matter, these things first:
- Don't use a backup-copy your actual data file
- Since your file will really be going through a copy of QWin to be converted, keep the filename simple (conforming to the older DOS 8.3 naming rules, and no special characters.
- Copy the file off your flash drive onto your Mac before trying to access.
