Why is my account page blank?

I wish to update my credit card. Yet when I log into my account page, it is blank.

    Can you show us a screen image snapshot of what you're seeing?

    How do I attach a screenshot to this comment? I've got the screenshot and tried to send it in a reply to the email that was sent in response but it failed.

    Wouldn't you use the image icon to the right of the folded paper one?  It's a landscape of mountain & sun?

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
