Having issue with TD Bank and Quicken Mobile & Web sync

I am trying to setup my TD Bank account on Quicken Mobile & Web and getting a CC-501 error. I am able to download and update transactions from my TD Bank account using One Step Update without an issue. I am connected to "TD Bank Online Banking - New" using Direct Connect. Thank you for your assistance.
