Quicken has stopped updating my credit card account due to supposed password issuesClosed

Greetings,
For some reason Quicken can no longer update my credit card account using the supplied username and password, the same username and password that I use to login to the account online. When I try to 'fix' my password by going to Manage password option and setting the password for the account I get a prompt from Quicken that USAA Bank says that the password can be no longer than 4 characters. This would be more like the size of my PIN instead of my password. What are my options for correcting this?

thank you,
Keith

    Hello bkdouglas,

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

Some financial institutions may require the pin be changed when connecting in Quicken, however, The USAA website doesn't mention a password or a password requirement limiting the password to 4 characters.

Sometimes, this can be mean that there is an issue with the login credentials.

If you are still experiencing this trouble, please verify that the Member ID is correct and the PIN matches the PIN number used for the account question.

Let me know how it goes!
