Several transactions recorded in the register are not appearing during a reconciliation

Quicken Windows Other Member
I deleted the transactions and re-entered them and deleted all "cleared" indications then re-reconciled. Still had items in register that do not appear on reconciliation despite being included on my bank statement. Any ideas?
