Old Brokerage account activity

I had brokerage account activity, for example, purchasing shares, that the cash amount changed from the correct amount, to N/A, and is no longer taking the amount out of the Cash Balance. So my account balance is not longer accurate.

When I download the activity from quicken in excel, it shows every transaction has 2 lines, one is a XIn tranaction which doesn't show on the account, and the 2nd one is the purchase of the shares. So it is taking into account the Xin, and because of that, is not showing a change in account balance?
