Emailed rent receipts not received by tenants

After following procedure for entering rent receipts, I press the email button and confirmation appears. My tenants are not receiving them.

What version -- Help About QuickenAs a test,have you tried emailing something to yourself - like within a Quicken report ?0

Don't know if your HB version of Quicken has this same general screen for creating emailed docs - as a PDF -
and you enter the email addresses, and checkbox for Send Me A Copy....0 -

New Quicken Subscription uses a Quicken email server that is independent of the email software on your PC. Some ISPs may consider this new email service "SPAM" and hold incoming emails in the Spam folder of the recipient's email box at the ISP's server (they don't make it all the way to the recipient's email software on the PC.) It's up to the recipient to check the Spam folders, both locally and at the ISP server, and to mark these emails as not Spam.1
