Unable to do Year End Backup in Quicken App

It has become **really** frustrating using Quicken and not be able know how much money I have in one savings account and one checking account, simple accounting here.
The web browser and phone apps do not do a year end backup, the Windows program does, I'd like to have only 2019 transactions everywhere, synchronizing Quicken Windows to the cloud has not worked. :# :#
Related to this or not the 2 accounts do not reconcile, transactions for the same amount ( ATM withdrawals) do not get downloaded reliably.

Quicken on the Web at this time is a limited functionality companion to the desktop Windows or Mac program.
Until the programmers tell us otherwise, it will always require the desktop program for the advanced features like Year End Copy (in Windows), data file manipulation, data file backup and restore.
Remember that the file available on the Sync to Mobile / Web server is NOT a complete file.
Performing mass updates of transactions is also not advised at this time. Use the desktop app for these purposes.

Thanks for the response, when the cloud apps appeared I started inputting all information in the browser (Chrome) app. I thought that the apps replaced the desktop program.0
