BMO Mutual funds

I have several BMO funds that, as of November 12, have disappeard from the Quicken systems. BMO tells me the fund codes have not changed. When i ask support for help, i get the "update the program/validate the file" run around. Can anyone suggest how can I can communicate that fact that it is their securities database that is the problem?
