Why won't Quicken 2017 for Mac sync to the mobile app?
I am new to 2017, and Q support told me that even though I don't care about online banking per se, the mobile app would be useful for checking or editing transactions, so he advised getting it. I did, but when I try to sync some of the accounts, I get a message saying that connection to the Q servers failed and to try again later. Later doesn't help. Same thing. Can someone tell me how to fix this, or should I call tech support again?
