Downloading and updating Quicken Windows

Quicken Windows 2017 Member
Today I renewed a Quicken small business subscription after one year of inactivity. Does not seem to want to download or update. Please any assistance is welcome. JD

Also, did you use the same Quicken User ID and password?
Did you click on Check Membership Status under Help?
