I cannot get my new download to open

I have had multiple issues since 9/2019 with Quicken. The file crashed on me in September 2019 during a Quicken download/update. Since, I've been trying to recreate the entries. Then a source file problem occurred over the past two weeks. Today I decided to get the new Quicken file download & upgrade my Quicken Deluxe 2017. Now it says it can't download/install. I'm overwhelmed & could use expert advice. I've been using Quicken since 2004. This is crazy!!
