Want to reconcile to paper statement

When clicking on Account Actions Icon there is not Reconcile choice to use as told in your instructions

  • Afraid I dont have the reconcile using on line balance option in my ON LIne Services tab and out of my 3 accounts only on has this tab to select. Any more suggestions

    From an account --> Ctrl R to open Reconcile windows. Do you have the choice of switching back to a paper statement?

    Searched the Community and found the following suggestion:

    Deactivate the account for downloading.  Then initiate a reconcile of the account; hopefully you will get the option to reconcile to a paper statement, and hopefully it will stick.  Then reactivate the account for downloading.  [Note, you may get transactions downloaded that were previously downloaded.]
