Personally, I would stay away from paying loans by way of Online Biller functions in Quicken. I would also not connect any loan accounts to the mortgage company for transaction downloading. From what I've observed here in the Community, neither appears to work well. The Scheduled Reminder created by the loan setup process in Quicken does a good job for creating the correct principal, interest and escrow splits for your monthly payment transactions within Quicken. Combine that with an authorization to the mortgage company to automatically debit your checking account every month and you're golden. I've used this approach for many years to pay my mortgage and car loans, with no problems. And, yes, there were some issues with setting up and maintaining Online Biller information in Quicken which made it necessary to delete and recreate all your Online Bills ... :-(
Which means, you probably will have to delete and re-set up all the Online Billers that are giving you problems.

More details, please.
What kind of "recent update" was that? Installing a new version of Quicken over an older one? Or just downloading and installing the latest patch file for your current version? How recent is that recent update? A couple of days? A couple of weeks? What happened during the update that made reminders disappear?Consider restoring your Quicken data file from a Manual or Automatic Backup taken prior to the problem first occurring, if necessary going back to older backups until you find a file that does not exhibit these symptoms.

It was one of the last two updates to my existing 2020 R23.17, Build 27.1.23.17. The original installation of the Quicken application was about a year ago. The loss of some, not all, of the Bill Reminders occurred after one of the most recent Updates.0
