Back up Quicken 2019 Mac

I just updated from QE 2010 for mac and installed 2019 Delux for Mac. I mainly use Q for keeping money received and money spent on two rentals. In that area I have five accounts.
Rental money in and money out for each house. Plus keep accounts info on IRA and CD's. Also keep tabs on loan to family. Want a good step by step instruction on to back date from that area onto a ext drive. Also, please step by step restoring .
