Cant download Schwab transactions if you have enabled Symantic VIP access

Just finished a 1 hour debugging session with Schwab tech support because transaction download started failing this morning with a message that the password was wrong. We finally determined that the Symantec VIP Access was the culprit. Schwab Tech Support is reporting the issue to their IT.

Interim solution: Remove the schwab password from the Vault and manually enter the passwod with the VIP access token (no space between password and token). This works fine for me.
