cannot download transactions from bank to quicken - password error

I can get into my bank account at the bank, but when i go to download transactions, it says password is not accepted by quicken

Does your bank password have any "special chars" -

Some banks require strong passwords, and Quicken has a bank profile that usually indicates what kind of char text is accepted for passwords - sometimes they are not updated... to reflect newer and stronger special chars -
