How can I get them back into the savings and investment section of plan assumptions?
I tried adding (the "new" button) that takes you to adding a new account (those accounts still exist and are visible) and there is not an option to add an existing account.

Hi, Referring to the image, is your "show excluded account" box checked? If left unchecked, the accounts you "excluded from plan" will disappear from the Investment table.
Could this be the issue?
