Business and Rental Property Tools (Windows)
Is it worth for only 1 property?
albator159
Is the Home and business version worth it for only 1 rental property with little transactions and repair on the house?
Also it the Home and business version the same as Home, Business and rental property. Or is it just a change in the name?

I would say you can do what you need to with Deluxe or Premier. I managed a rental property for over four years without H&B.

As to the second part of your question, there used to be separate Quicken Home and Business and Quicken Rental Property Management versions. RPM included the H&B version, so it was "all encompassing".
Now, with Quicken being a subscription, they have renamed RPM to Quicken Home, Business and Rental Property. And there no longer is just a Home and Business version. So users of that will need to get the HB&RP version.
Whew.
Currently, the Quicken Windows subscription versions are as follows:
Starter
Deluxe
Premier
Home, Business and Rental Property
