Cloud Sync problem

Every time I try to sync to the cloud when I close out I get the following message,
The desktop transaction in ""on"" for $0.00was not synced
The referenced resource (parameter=accountid, id=154183166483562496) does not exist
I tried finding this transaction and cannot. The message sayes apply reccomended fixes, but does not give one. When I click Apply now, at bottom the whole sync process and then comes back to the message above.
