Budget - Comparing Budgeted Amounts to Actuals - How Do I?

Hi Folks,
New to QMac 2019. Have set everything up, just fine. However, I would really like to be able to establish a budget within QMac19 with the following scenario (or similar):
Column 1: List of categories
Column 2: Budgeted Amount (e.g. Food: $250, Vacation: $250, Pet Food: $50, etc.)
Column 3-15: Monthly actuals (Jan -> Dec)
This would allow me to see how my actuals are doing compared to what I have established as the maximum amount, per month, for each of the categories.
Does this make sense? Can it be done? If so, how do I?
TIA,
Richard

You likely have Quicken 2020 as it was updated this fall.
I would use Quicken's Budget module as it will show you all what you are looking for.
Play around with it to see your options-that will show you more than my trying to explain every detail. It is pretty self explanatory.
I do suggest you start with a few important categories first-quicken is going to want to add a whole bunch of them, and that might be overwhelming. I personally only focus on a few spending categories that I have discretionary control over.5 -
Click on Edit Budget to choose categories/enter your monthly goals:

Thanks John! Yes, sorry, I'm on QMac20 (d'oh).
I have used the Budget module, and it does look fairly straightforward. The only thing I can't seem to find is where I enter the monthly budgeted amounts, so that I can compare the trailing monthly actuals.
I, too, am focusing on a few spending categories.0 -
