How do I start a Quicken account for 2019 tax items not listed in my other accounts?

I tried Cash, but it wouldn't let me rename the account as 2019 taxes.

    Why aren't they already in your data file?  Can you give an example?

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    Are these transactions dated in the year 2019?
    Please give us some more details on what you're trying to do.
