How to Change Budget start Month

How can I change the start month for a budget? For example when I bought quicken it was November 2019 and i want it to start January 2020 so I can see entire new year. When I try rolling to "2020" it only lets me start in November. Thanks in advance!

The only way you can change the starting month is to create a brand new budget. From the menubar, choose Budgets:New Budget and make sure 1/2020 is the date.
You will have to recreate the budget from scratch. My guess is that you changed it to November back when you first started using Quicken as the default is to create new budgets 1/1/yyyy
In the future, your budget will roll forward without having to be setup again.7

Thank you! That makes sense now. I will try to print my current budget and recreate it.0

In case anyone from Quicken is reading this, I'd really like to request this be enhanced to either let us change that start month or, at least, set a new month when duplicating a budget. Re-entering everything manually is horrible UX.1
