You loose the Business & Property Management features. If you don't use Quicken Bill Pay or care about Priority access to customer support, you go to Quicken Deluxe.

Hi @lwoodworthpa ,

Depending on when your Subscription is up, I would wait until your Subscription is up to make any changes. If you change, after 30 days, you can make changes, but you will not receive credit for the difference.

You can change within 30 days of purchase and get credit, but after 30 days, no credit.

Any Business Registers will be converted to regular Personal Registers.

Thanks Greg. I should have been more specific - sorry. I had a few banking accounts in the business category and a property asset account and a property liability account to track improvements and depreciation. Does the "downgrade" remove these accounts or remove access to them? I didn't use the payroll - W2 or invoice features.

Thanks. Did not seem to loose anything. Business accounts remain and are in the Property & Debt category.

Which version did you downgrade to? Premier or Deluxe? I'm currently using Quicken 2017 H&B and want to downgrade as well. You didn't lose any data or accounts?

Went from H&B to Premier. No issues. All accounts came up fine.
