I am trying to use your software to transform my Mint CSV files to QIF files. I setup my file, but when I go to "Run" and click on the account, no options to convert it appear. Any thoughts?

Hello, I was pointed in your direction by Rocket J Squirrel. I have an issue where I need some really, really expert help and he said you may be the go to guy. I'm at my wits end.

I'll try to be brief. I started using Quicken in 2020. My current file is descendant from my file I started in 2020. I have data from that time and before where I added investment history. Everything seemed fine and up to date until recently this month. I suddenly discovered 3826 transaction have now become Uncategorized. In these past transaction MOST of the Banking transactions from 2000 to 2009 the Categories have been removed.

Going through my backups and past files, I swear, I was able to determine that the corruptions occurred sometime after the end of 2020 and end of 2021. Now when I try to restore these very same backups (that reside on my NAS), the restored files look like they have been subjected to the Year-End-Copy process with Banking data before 2010 removed, except transactions with Transfers to other accounts.

On top of all that I'm now getting the "Exceeded the Maximum Datasets" error. I've contacted Q support and they supposedly cleared it. But NOooo, it came back. So I jumped over to a VM, which had Quicken installed, and restored a Q backup from 2021 (The date on the file hasn't changed). When I restored that file, ON THE VM, in Quicken, I got the Exceeded… message from THAT file. The only way I see that happening is via the Quicken online account.

There are more ugly details to this story, but as you see, I'm in a world of hurt. I've talked and Chatted with support and so far they have been unable or unwilling to really help me.

First, I need to get past the 'Exceeded…' issue, then I need help cleaning up the disaster that happened with the Categories. I know, once I can get past the first issue, I could just truncate the file as of 2010, but that is not my preferred outcome.

So, making a long, long story only somewhat long. ANY help or directions you could provide would be invaluable.

Thank you so much for getting this far.
