I am going to replace my Laptop within the next 30 days and will need to move or install Quicken.

You can only install Quicken on the laptop. You will backup your data file to a flashdrive, then restore from flashdrive to laptop.

You have not disclosed your Quicken Program Version.
The information below is based on Quicken Subscription.
On the New Laptop log into your Quicken Account and download Quicken Installer onto the Laptop. Choose I'm upgrading and restore your last Manual Backup.
