I have account A, B, and C. One checking and two savings accounts
If I transfer $ from A into B, how do I get this to reflect in both accounts? I seem to see it going into B, but can't figure out why it's not showing as coming out of A. I have the accounts listed as active. I can't, however, see account A in my category list.
For example, I see a $1,000 deposit coming into acct B, at that point I should be able to "code" the transaction just like I do my expenses and tell Quicken it came from account A, correct?
Missing something here. tia for your help.

In the transaction for A --
Use the Category name of something that has the name of "B" but with brackets "[B]"
That will create the transfer and link between the 2 accounts.
Another good example of this is paying Credit Cards - from your Checking Account.

That worked, not sure what I was thinking. Happened to be using another category item called "transfers to savings" vs. the actual account it was coming out of, thank you!
