Can I open an old (5 years) backup Quicken file with the current version.

Can I open an old (5 years) backup Quicken file with the current version(2020 R 23.31 Build 27.123) without causing problems to my current file? It seems that Quicken saves as soon as you open a file.

As long as the file has a different name, you should have no problem opening it.
