Anyone having trouble updating transactions for individual accounts?

When I click on the gear in the upper right hand corner of an individual account and select update transactions, I get a page with about 10 lines of computer coding instead of linking and downloading transactions.

    Thank you. This just started with the One Step Update issue which has been fixed but my single account update still needs some attention. I appreciate your help!
