Quicken crashes when attempting to Link Biller

Under Bills & Income>> Bills, Income & Transfers. This page is now entirely empty with no bill or income items showing. This was previously populated although I have not looked at the page in several weeks. When I go to ‘Manage Manual Bills and Income’ page and attempt to link a biller to a Reminder by clicking ‘Link it now’ it immediately crashes and shuts down Quicken.

I am using the subscription license on windows and it appears to be up to date.

Anyone else having this issue? Solutions?

    If you have not already done so, please take a moment to review the information and follow the steps outlined here to troubleshoot the crashing issue that you're experiencing. 

    If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Support directly for more in-depth troubleshooting. Support has access to tools and information that the Community does not have, and will work with you towards resolving this.
