Transaction amounts doesn't seem to work

Question

I was trying to create a report on a credit card account transactions to see how much I charge per month.  I wanted to exclude credits/payments.  I put transactions greater than .01 and got everything- debit and credit transactions.  I would not expect it to work this way.  Is there a way to only get debit transactions?

On the advanced tab select "Payments" under transaction types:

That seems like the opposite of what you would want but this will give you only the charges and exclude the credits.
