I can't enter investment transaction because my security name is not showing in menu

In an investment account when I select Enter Transactions some (4) of my securities are not auto populating in the Security Name pull down menu. The securities in question are not hidden in the Accounts or Security List areas of the software.
This is new in the last couple of weeks after a software patch. I have run Validate and Repair on the data file with no luck. Any suggestions?

What is the "Security Type" associated with each security? (Edit Security Details) It should be something other than "Market Index" if it is a tradeable security5
