New purchased shares do not show up in investing portfolio screen.

Manually entered some PCI shares I purchased in one IRA account. But it doesn't show up in investing portfolio screen. Tried to add it to watchlist without success.

Does the portfolio view include that security as one to be shown?  Customize the view, Securities tab; should usually be All Securities from my viewpoint.
