Direct Connect Banking

I am trying to switch over to the new Quicken. Till now I have been using Quicken for Mac 2007 (and love it). When I try to pay a bill using direct connect to PNC I get errors most of the time using the new Quicken. It fails 2 or 3 times out of 4. I then go back to Quicken 2007 and everything works just fine. What is wrong??? Thank You

    If you are still needing assistance with paying bills through PNC Bank in Quicken, please take a moment and review the information available here and post back to let us know what version and release of Quicken you're using.

    Please also let us know the full name of the financial institution as displayed in Quicken as well as the specific error messages that you're receiving.

    The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.
