How to remove black lining in transaction registers (sensitive info not displayed)?

After downloading R24.11 most of my registers have sensitive information blacked out. I have tried restoring my register colors back to defaults to no avail. If a select a line the full line details are visible but only for that line. Does anyone know how to restore registers so that all transactions are fully visible. I saw a closed discussion from about two years ago, but no definite solution. This is occurring on all Investment accounts and credit card accounts and some bank accounts. With all relevant transaction information blacked out, it makes it impossible to locate what I am looking for in my transaction registers.

    I would suggest checking your Windows settings and make sure the display is 1920 x 1080 and scaling is 100%. This may not be how you want it, but will help identify what may be the cause.
