How do I change the name of a manually updated Credit Card Account?

When I added a new manually updated Credit Card Account, I was assigned a generic name of "Credit Card". I can not find a way to change the name or add a nickname. How do I change the name or add a nickname?

It's easy.

You could do it in the account settings, but it is probably easier to simply right (or control) click on the account name in the sidebar and choose to rename.
