Can't Delete Investment Alerts

I have investment alerts enabled. When I get an alert I am not able to delete it. The dialog I get has "delete" buttons on each line, when I click them I get a confirmation dialog which I agree to but nothing happens. Also the Alert dialog instructions at the top does not match the dialog. It state to check a box next to each line I would like to delete and click on the deleted button at the bottom, but there is no check boxes or delete button at the bottom, they are only next to each line. I have attached a screen shot.
I am running:
Quicken Premier
Year: 2020
Version: R24.11
Build: 27.1.24
Installed from CD
Running Windows 10 Home, Version 1901, OS BUILD 18263.592
64-bit

As you noted, the instructions for that dialog are obviously incorrect. But the Delete button works for me, also using R24.11. After confirmation, the alert line disappears, as it should. When random weirdness like this occurs, we generally suggest (a) a file Copy & Validate, or, if that doesn't help (b) a QCleanUI uninstall and reinstall of Quicken because we don't know what else to suggest.

Well, I did the copy and all of the alerts went away. I will have to see what happens when I get a new one.0
