How do I keep unused or overspent budgets from rolling into the next budget year?

I want to zero out and not rollover from Dec 2019 to Jan 2020, but want to rollover through 2020.

To delete a year-to-year budget rollover....* Select "Annual View" 
* Select "Details" filters 
* In January, click on the link in the balance column for those categories that have the rollover icon displayed.
* Edit the rollover figure
* Save
* Rinse and repeat for all rollover categories in your budget

Lastly, have a look and vote on this Idea that allow users an option to turn off year-to-year rollovers while preserving the month-to-month rollover.
