Ally Cashback Stopped Connecting

As of about 10 days ago, Quicken Mac stopped connecting to Ally Cashback Credit Card. I have installed all updates (latest 21JAN2020) but no success. I've tried to change the connection type but cannot even manually transfer the downloaded transactions into Quicken (web connect is blocked out)

You can contact official support for confirmation, but if import of web connect files are blocked, then it sounds like Ally has ceased support for that account type within Quicken.
