Can't download transactions from AMEX

Quicken Mac 2017 Member
This started a few days ago. Whenever I try to connect, it says that The America n Express website may be down. AGGREAGTOR_IN_ERROR(PASSWORD...ANGED_REQUIRED_AT_FI 109). I deactivated both of my account but cannot log in at all now. Neither quicken connect or direct connect are working for me.

A 109 error is usually indicative that you need to change something (Password, etc.) at your bank's website first. I would login to your Amex account and verify if you have to change it there first. Change the data if needed.
After you have update the info, then you can run Quicken and setup your accounts there using your update info.5
