Can't remove flag

I recently did a One-Step Update and while confirming the transactions in one of my investment accounts, I hit a key that (I think) caused one of the transactions to disappear. I now cannot remove the flag that appears next to the account name. If I click on the flag I get the message "You have tasks to perform on this account, click for details". When I click again, I get the message "You have one transaction to review" but clicking on that does not show me any transactions. I also see a message (in red, above where the transactions would be) that says ""Accept downloaded transactions into transaction list" and a message (in black) below that that says "You have no downloaded transactions to accept". I have tried downloading the transactions again for that account but the results are the same. Anyone have any advice?
