Category won't display in report

Question

Hi. I'm using Quicken Premier 2020. One category (mortgage & rent) will not display in any reports I run. I triple-checked the individual entries, and they are correctly categorized. But those entries will not display on any report I run.

Any ideas?

Try this:

1.  Within the report window, click on the "Customize" (gear) icon.
 2.  Go to the "Categories" tab.
 3.  At the bottom of the window, make sure the box for "Show (hidden categories)" is checked.
 4.  Scroll through the list of categories and make sure the category you want is checked.
 5.  Click "OK."
