Red Flag Tasks to perform but nothing there

I have a red flag next to a car loan. When I put my mouse over the red flag is says
You have tasks to perform in this account - click for details
If I click the flag it says further "you have 6 transactions to review" but when clicking it, I go to the loan account and there is nothing to review.
